Service will be refused if you are:

• Under the age of 18.
• Pregnant or nursing
• Diabetic
• Taking blood thinning medication
• Botox 3-4 weeks prior
• Skin sensitivities/issues around brow (eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis)
• Going on a sunny vacation within 3 weeks after your desired appointment date.

COSMETIC

• Allergic reactions to tattoo pigments or other materials used
• Risk of infection if proper sterilization and hygiene practices are not followed
• Possibility of uneven color or fading over time
• Potential for scarring, especially in individuals prone to keloid formation or with improper aftercare
• Unsatisfactory results in terms of shape, color, or symmetry
• Potential for allergic reactions to anesthetics used during the procedure

PARAMEDICAL

• Allergic reactions to tattoo pigments or other materials used
• Risk of infection if proper sterilization and hygiene practices are not followed
• Possibility of uneven color or fading over time
• Potential for scarring, especially in individuals prone to keloid formation or with improper aftercare
• Unsatisfactory results in terms of coverage or blending of the treated area
• Potential for allergic reactions to anesthetics used during the procedure

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-Refundable Booking Fee (“Commitment Fee”)

Appointments over $200 require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve.

Appointments under $200, require a $50 non-refundable booking fee to reserve.

This fee is deducted from the total at check out.

It is transferable once with 48 hour notice minimum and valid for 3 months from the date it is received.

48-HOUR RESCHEDULE POLICY

This non-negotiable, strictly enforced, policy means that 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment the booking fee becomes non-transferable.

Clients who reschedule within 48 hours will be required to pay a new booking fee to secure a new appointment.

LATE POLICY

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled and the booking fee forfeited. If you choose to rebook, another booking fee will have to be placed.

NO SHOW POLICY

Clients who do not show up for an appointment, or cancel the same day, for ANY reason will be charged a “No Show Fee” of 50% of the service booked.
If there was no booking fee on file, clients who no-showed will be required to pay the now-void booking fee, and the No-Show Fee, before being able to book in again.

Clients who do not show up for a complimentary touch up (within two months) session, will forfeit the free session and be charged $100 to re-book again.
Policies like this are in place to protect our Artists time and income.

REFUNDS

SKN Deep Cosmetic Clinic does not provide refunds for services provided. SKN Deep Cosmetic Clinic does not provide refunds for training classes provided. In specific circumstances we will issue a credit toward any other service with us or training.
